One workflow test
AI workflow assessment for real estate syndicators
Find out whether automation can save time on a recurring close task. I’ll test it on your own files and show what your team would still need to check.
1 workflow test · 1 entity · 1 completed month
Check whether your workflow fits
Choose what to test
Bring one task that takes too long, such as tying the rent roll to the general ledger or preparing a bank reconciliation. Use the questions above to check your fit, then request a written quote or ask for a free 30-minute call. We’ll agree on which exports I need and what a useful test would show. Start with a description of the task and we’ll arrange file sharing after we agree on scope.
What you get
I’ll run 1 workflow test using up to three read-only CSV or Excel exports from 1 entity for 1 completed month. We’ll agree in writing on what I’ll test before work starts.
About 2 weeks after I receive the complete set of agreed files, you’ll get a walkthrough of the sample output and a written report covering:
- What the test caught, what it missed, and what your team would still need to check.
- Estimated time savings after human review, based on the sample and how your team does the work today.
- Whether it’s worth building and what I’d do first.
The assessment includes one round of follow-up questions and the walkthrough. I quote heavy file cleanup, implementation, additional workflows, and ongoing review separately. Your team approves anything posted to the books or sent to investors.

What a test finding looks like
A rent-roll tie-out flagged a difference for Unit 204. The ledger showed no rent billed. The test flagged the difference, and the reviewer checked the lease and confirmed a rent-free month. The report would show what the workflow caught and which source a person used to clear it.
Who runs the assessment
I’m Brandon Jones, founder of Pinnacle Apex Partners. I’ve spent 15+ years in accounting, including real estate and fund accounting. My background includes Deloitte, Novogradac, and CBIZ. I’ll check the output against the source records before I recommend putting a workflow into use.
